Our 6-Step Inventory Process (Delivered Within 48 Hours)

1. Booking Confirmation:

Once a booking is made (via phone, email, or our online form), we confirm all the details including property address, report type (check-in, check-out, or mid-term), and access instructions. We guarantee a response within hours to lock in the appointment.

2. On-Site Property Inspection:

One of our trained, impartial inventory clerks visits the property at the agreed time. Using a room-by-room system, we thoroughly document the condition of walls, floors, fixtures, furniture, appliances, and décor. Every detail is captured with high-resolution time-stamped photos.

3. Detailed Report Compilation:

After the site visit, we compile a comprehensive digital report using industry-standard software. Each item is clearly described with notes on its condition, cleanliness, and any existing damage. Photos are embedded to match each observation.

4. Quality Assurance Review:

Before the report is finalised, it undergoes a quality control check by our in-house team to ensure consistency, clarity, and legal compliance. We cross-check all descriptions and imagery for accuracy.

5. Report Delivery Within 48 Hours:

The final report is delivered as a secure, professional PDF within 48 hours of the property visit — often sooner. We can also provide printed copies on request or upload directly to your preferred property management system.

6. Ongoing Support & Amendments

Need to clarify something in the report? We offer follow-up support and free minor amendments within 24 hours of delivery. Our team is always on hand to answer questions or provide additional documentation if required for disputes or compliance.
